THE ORGANIC PATH

TAI CHI & QI GONG

Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between The Organic Path (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and users of this website, in the version valid at the time of contract conclusion.

2. Services
The Provider offers online and in-person classes, courses, and events in the fields of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, and Breathwork. In addition, physical and/or digital artworks are offered for sale. The specific scope of services, location, schedule, and any participation requirements are described in the respective offer on the website.

3. Contract Formation
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order. A contract is formed once the Provider confirms the booking or purchase.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices listed are final prices unless stated otherwise. Payment is made using the payment methods provided on the website. Digital content will be made available after receipt of payment.

5. Participation in Classes (Online & In-Person)
Participation in online and in-person classes is at the participant’s own responsibility. The offered content is intended to support mindfulness, movement, and well-being and does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. Participants are advised to seek medical advice before joining if they have any physical or mental health conditions. The Provider reserves the right to exclude participants from certain exercises if health concerns arise.

6. Delivery and Shipping (Artworks)
Physical artworks are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right may expire early if the customer expressly agrees that the Provider begins performance before the withdrawal period ends.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, texts, images, and artworks are protected by copyright. Any use beyond private purposes requires the prior written consent of the Provider.

9. Liability
The Provider is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In cases of slight negligence, liability exists only for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

10. Final Provisions
The law of the country in which the Provider is based shall apply. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
