Refund Policy


Courses and Classes (Online)
Refunds for online courses or classes are granted only if the request is made before the course or content has started or been accessed. Once digital content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded, refunds are excluded, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Courses and Classes (In-Person)
For in-person classes or events, cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Artworks (Physical)
Physical artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned undamaged and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Artworks (Digital)
Digital artworks are non-refundable once the download has started or access has been granted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a physical artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. A replacement or refund will be arranged.
